I had a wrong address written and the pen I ordered was returned to the owner. Even though company hadn’t received the return, I explained I needed urgently for a birthday gift and they sent another one for me, no extra fee. This was so overwhelmingly good. Very attentive, humane and responsive customer service. As for the pen, IT IS AMAZING! The pen’s quality, it has a good weight and the personal engraving is soooo beautiful. It comes in a beautifulll gift box. In fact, I recommend 1000% and I have NO REGRETS! I can keep talking about my experience non-stop! Just top notch!
